Money from the sale of land - will income affect the receipt of subsidies.

The press service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine stated that the sale of land does not prevent the receipt of a housing subsidy. However, Ukrainians selling land should keep in mind some important details.
How to receive a housing subsidy after the sale of land
Recently, one citizen turned to the PFU with a question about selling a plot of land for 80 thousand hryvnias last year.
'For the heating season 2024–2025, we have not received any subsidy. When can we apply for it?'
In response, the PFU explained that income from the sale of land will be taken into account when calculating the average monthly income for receiving a subsidy for the heating period starting October 1, 2024.
'If you apply for a subsidy in July 2025, then the fact of selling land in April 2024 will not affect the allocation of the housing subsidy, since your household income will be considered for the IV quarter of 2024 and the I quarter of 2025'
Furthermore, if a person who received a subsidy has died, this support can be obtained by another person from the household, under certain conditions. The registration is carried out at the Pension Fund.
Ukrainians selling land plots can calmly expect to receive a housing subsidy, however, it is important to consider all details and plan to submit the application on Time, in accordance with the established deadlines.
