'Trump's Red Line': The US demands that Iran abandon uranium enrichment.

The US special envoy calls for the abandonment of uranium enrichment
US Special Envoy Steve Witikoff demands that any agreement between the United States and Iran include a condition for the abandonment of uranium enrichment. Witikoff stated this, noting that this position has received criticism from Tehran.
The Iranian capital responded immediately to this statement, emphasizing that the demands are unrealistic. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi believes that the requirements for uranium enrichment reflect lost realities of the negotiations.
'I think he is completely detached from the reality of the negotiations,' Araghchi commented.
Meanwhile, Witikoff remains optimistic about the negotiations. He expressed hope for achieving positive results and reported that the parties plan to hold a new round of negotiations in Europe this week. The date and place of the meeting will be announced soon.
President Trump has already withdrawn the US from the 2015 Iran nuclear deal and reinstated sanctions against Tehran. The actions of the Trump administration have triggered a new phase of negotiations between the countries, which remains complex and tense.
