Man did not appear for the summons to the TCC – how the court punished him.


In Chernihiv, a man received a summons but did not appear at the TCC and SP. He was brought to criminal responsibility.
This is stated in the
judgmentthat the Desnyansky district court of Chernihiv city issued on April 15.
Case details
According to court materials, last January, the defendant passed the VLK. The man was declared fit for military service. After that, the conscript was handed a summons, according to which he was to arrive at the TCC and SP for dispatch to the military unit, but he ignored this requirement.
Court's decision
During the court session, the accused admitted his guilt and repented. The man supports elderly parents, and his wife is a serviceman.
The defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment, but this punishment was replaced with two years of probation.
