Prices for dairy products in Ukraine continue to rise, with some costing up to 120 hryvnias. This is reported by the Minfin portal.

Dairy products have always been an important part of the diet of Ukrainians. Cheese, milk, and butter have always been on the tables of many families and are considered healthy food. However, lately, consumers are increasingly noticing changes in prices for these products. February 2025 was no exception, showing significant price increases for these important products.

Prices for dairy in Ukraine

According to price monitoring in the largest retail chains in the country, such as Auchan, Metro, Megamarket, and Novus, in February 2025 there is an increase in the cost of almost all dairy products compared to January.

Butter shows the greatest price increase. 'Selyanske' butter with 72.5% fat now costs an average of 114.99 UAH for a 200-gram package, which is 1.49 UAH more expensive than in January. 'Yahotynske' butter with 73% fat has also risen in price - the average price is 104.95 UAH compared to 103.88 UAH in January, meaning an increase of 1.07 UAH.
