Two European countries will provide grants to support the energy resilience of micro and small businesses in Ukraine.

Ukraine will receive 2 million euros to support the energy efficiency of small businesses
In December, a grant program 'Support for the Energy Resilience of Micro and Small Enterprises in Ukraine' will start, funded by the Government of Norway and the Government of Germany through the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD).
According to the Ministry of Finance, the program provides for the allocation of 2 million euros to entrepreneurs for the purchase of energy-efficient equipment and equipment for the use of autonomous energy sources.
The German company Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and the Entrepreneurship Development Fund are responsible for implementing the program.
'The program to support the energy resilience of Ukrainian enterprises with 2 million euros in grants is a continuation of the systematic work of the Government to support small businesses and attract international funding for this purpose,' said Deputy Minister of Finance Yuriy Dragan-chuk.
Grants will be provided through Ukrgasbank, Oschadbank, Sens Bank, and Bank Lviv.
The implementation of the Program includes two components.
The first component is grants for micro-enterprises of up to 10,000 euros without mandatory pairing with loans. The second component is grants for small enterprises of up to 20,000 euros, which are provided together with bank loans. In case of successful implementation of the investment project, the enterprise receives reimbursement of up to 40% of the debt on the loan.
