Expert Assessed Ukraine's Success in Fighting Drones.


Ukrainian electronic warfare systems have improved following drone attacks by Russia. The number of drones shot down and those lost almost matches, indicating the system's success. This was reported by military-political expert Dmytro Sniehyrov.
"The capabilities of electronic warfare have increased. [During the last attack] 33 drones were destroyed and 25 were lost. This is a significant success for the Ukrainian side and our western partners," he noted.
The improvement in electronic warfare has allowed a reduction in the damage levels of targets on Ukrainian territory and a decrease in air defense system expenditures. Ukraine also proposed an innovative solution regarding interceptor drones. With the help of Ukrainian FPVs, it became possible to neutralize Russian reconnaissance UAVs ZALA. This was a cheaper and more effective method of dealing with potential threats compared to expensive air defense missiles. The Russians were not prepared for such innovations from the Ukrainian side.
