Hero of Ukraine and his subordinates always follow the orders of the command
Kyrylo Veres, commander of the K-2 battalion of the 54th separate mechanized brigade named after Hetman Ivan Mazepa, in the program "From soul to soul" stated that his unit never refused to follow the orders of the command. Even if he had doubts, he always presented arguments and tried to persuade that they should not be followed. According to Veres, when he is asked to prepare for the execution of the order, he does it and receives the necessary resources. He also noted that in the army orders are always executed, and if he is unable to execute them, another commander will replace him and the unit will continue to operate.
Earlier, in an interview, Kyrylo Veres shared about the harm he feels. Also, Yaroslav Melnyk, commander of the Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile division, reported that the age of soldiers joining his unit predominantly exceeds 35 years, and there are significantly fewer 20-year-old young men.
