- onion — 300 g;

- water — 650 ml;
- salt — 0.5 tsp;
- cream cheese without additives — 150 g;
- butter — 30 g.
Cooking method
Dice the onion, fry it in the bowl of the multicooker on the 'Fry' mode, stirring occasionally. Remove the cooked onion. Pour rinsed buckwheat into the bowl, add water and salt. Close the lid and cook on the 'Porridge' mode for 30 minutes.
10 minutes before the end of cooking, return the fried onion to the bowl and add cream cheese. Mix well and cook until the end of the program.
After cooking, let the porridge rest for another 15–20 minutes on the 'Warm' mode. Before serving, add a piece of butter. If you want a fluffier porridge, use 550 ml of water instead of 650.
