Combat map in Ukraine as of April 23, 2025.

In the past day, there were 144 combat clashes. Ukrainian defenders are trying to prevent the enemy from moving deep into our territory and are delivering effective strikes.

News from the front

The enemy carried out 125 airstrikes on the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. They also conducted 6019 shellings, including 150 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used approximately 2800 kamikaze drones. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Situation in various directions

Kharkiv direction

In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy attempted to break through the defensive lines of our defenders four times in the area of Vovchansk.

Kupiansk direction

In the Kupiansk direction, there were three attacks by the invaders yesterday. Our troops repelled the assault in the areas of Zahryzove and Nova Kruglyakivka.

Liman direction

In the Liman direction, the enemy attacked 14 times. They tried to penetrate our defenses in the areas of the settlements Kolyadzi, Nadiya, Novomykhailivka, as well as in the directions of Olhivka, Hlushchenkove, and Novosergiyivka.

Seversk direction

In the Seversk direction, the enemy made three attempts to advance in the areas of Hryhorivka and Verkhnokamianske.

Kramatorsk direction

In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked in the areas of Stupochky, Bila Hora, and Maïskyi six times.

Toretsky direction

In the Toretsky direction, the enemy made 13 attacks in the areas of Dachne, Druzby, Toretska, and in the direction of Shcherbynivka.

Pokrovsky direction

In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders stopped 53 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements Berezivka, Kotlyarivka, Preobrazhenka, Novoukrainka, Shevchenko, Vodiane Druhe, Malynivka, Yelizabethivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Uspenivka, Novooleksandrivka, Nadiivka, Troitske, Andriyivka, as well as in the directions of the settlements Novopavlivka, Romanivka, Stara Mykolaivka, Myrolyubivka, and Novomykolaivka.

Novopavlivsky direction

In the Novopavlivsky direction, the enemy made 17 attacks in the areas near Kostiantynivka, Pryvilne, Novosilka, as well as towards Oleksiivka and Odradne.

Orikhiv direction

In the Orikhiv direction, the occupation troops attacked five times the positions of our defenders near Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, and Piatykhatky.

Kursk direction

The Ukrainian defense forces continue the operation in the Kursk region. The enemy conducted 15 airstrikes, dropping 36 munitions, and carried out 344 shellings, including 7 from multiple launch rocket systems. Ukrainian defenders stopped 22 assault actions of the invaders. In other directions, the situation remains unchanged. Let us remind that the full-scale war in Ukraine has lasted for 1155 days.
