Frosts return: Hydrometeorological Center explained where to expect down to -3 degrees.


Ukrainians have been notified about the weather for the last Sunday of October - the 27th. According to the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, after a warm autumn, a cold snap is approaching Ukraine. The air temperature is already approaching the seasonal norm, and in some regions of the country, frosts are possible at night.
The weather forecast for Sunday predicts cloudy weather with clearings in most of the country. No precipitation is expected. However, residents of certain regions, particularly eastern and western oblasts, as well as Vinnytsia and Odesa oblasts, should be cautious due to the possibility of fog at night and in the morning, which may reduce visibility.
The wind will be predominantly southern at a speed of 5-10 m/s. The air temperature at night will be from 2 to 7 degrees above zero, it will be especially cold in the east of the country, where the temperature may drop to 2 degrees below zero. During the day, the air will warm up to 11-16 degrees above zero.
The highest temperatures are expected in Prykarpattia and Zakarpattia - up to 19 degrees above zero. In Kyiv and the region, cloudy weather with clearings is also expected, without precipitation. The wind will be southern at a speed of 5-10 m/s. The air temperature at night will be 2-7 degrees above zero, and during the day - 11-16 degrees.
In Kyiv itself, 5-7 degrees above zero is expected at night, and during the day the thermometer will show 13-15 degrees.
