'Naftogaz' named three reasons for rising gas debts.

Naftogaz warns about the consequences of rising gas debts
The company 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' notes that debts for consumed gas can have negative consequences for consumers. This situation often arises due to incorrect filling of payment documents, irregular meter readings, and inconsistent payments.
In particular, errors in filling out payment details, such as the absence of a personal account number, can lead to funds not being credited to the consumer's account. This creates artificial debts that need to be resolved, consuming additional Time and effort.
Unstable reporting of meter readings can also lead to problems. Specialists from 'Naftogaz' recommend regularly submitting these data to avoid calculations based on average consumption. It is advisable to submit readings from the 28th to the 5th of each month.
The third reason for the emergence of debts is inconsistent payments. If payment for gas is not made by the 25th of the current month, the consumer will receive a bill indicating the debt the following month. To avoid debts, one must always remember their obligation to pay for the consumed fuel.
The company 'Naftogaz' reminds that consumers can use various digital services, such as the personal cabinet my.gas.ua, the GASUA chatbot in Viber or Telegram, and payment on the website without registration.
The company emphasizes that timely payment of bills is not only a guarantee of uninterrupted gas supply but also ensures the financial comfort of consumers.
