World heavyweight boxing champion Oleksandr Usyk unveiled the mosaic 'Boriviter' in London, which had been damaged during the shelling in Mariupol.

The reproduced panel was initially presented in Kyiv, and now it has been shown in London. The artistic event was supported by members of the British Parliament and the London administration before Usyk's fight with Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium.

'Thank you, Great Britain, for supporting Ukraine. We are strong together! Russia is destroying Ukrainian culture. Russia is destroying our homes, hospitals, schools. Russia is destroying the lives of Ukrainians. But we will endure. We will win. We will rebuild our country. Like a mosaic – piece by piece. Today we are raising money so that 64 families can have a home again. Join us!'

The original mosaic was created in Mariupol in the summer of 1967. Monumental artists worked on the project under the leadership of Alla Horska. Three years later, she was brutally murdered by Soviet special services, and the mosaic was damaged at the beginning of the war.

Businessman Sir Richard Branson, London's Deputy Mayor for Culture and Creative Industries Justin Simons, and the head of the parliamentary group for Ukraine Alex Sobel attended the mosaic's unveiling.

During the boxing match in which Oleksandr Usyk participated at Wembley Stadium, the mosaic 'Boriviter' was unveiled in London, which had been damaged during the war. This was a symbolic step in support of Ukraine and Ukrainian culture in the world.
