Podolyak said when Zelensky will present the Victory Plan to Ukrainians.

Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak reported that the "Victory Plan" will be presented to Ukrainians in the coming days. He noted that the main focuses of the plan are already clear, but details will only be known to decision-makers in partner countries. President Volodymyr Zelensky will also hold a presentation of this plan, during which he will reveal its content and significance, and also explain why it runs parallel to the "Peace Formula".
Earlier, Mykhailo Podolyak claimed that there is no plan for ending the war that involves freezing the conflict or ceding territories to Russia. Now, the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, explained that the "Victory Plan" is primarily aimed at creating conditions for Ukraine after the end of the war and the implementation of the "Peace Formula", while specific decisions from partners require Time.
