Privatbank will make one of the most popular services paid.

Privatbank will cease to provide the free card delivery service at the end of the year. This was reported by the bank's press service.
PrivatBank, which is one of the largest and most popular banks in Ukraine, announced a change in service policy. This decision is of great interest given the bank's broad customer base. In particular, this bank will cease to provide the free card delivery service.
Throughout the year, PrivatBank successfully delivered over a million bank cards to its clients both within Ukraine and beyond, including peaceful cities and regions. This was made possible through collaboration with the "Nova Poshta" company.
Clients can receive a new card or reissue an existing one without leaving home, and then pick it up at the post office or post terminal. As well as through a Nova Post courier to any address in 11 European countries.
However, according to the bank's message, this service may become paid after the end of 2024.
"Until the end of 2024, the delivery of cards to the bank's clients through Nova Poshta will be free," PrivatBank emphasized.
Recall that Ukrainians are massively complaining about the data renewal procedure in banks.
