Russia sends youth from occupied regions of Ukraine to Kursk: National Resistance names the reason.

In the occupied territories of Ukraine, a propaganda campaign is being organized - youth groups are being created to travel to the territory of Kursk region. This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
In addition, the occupiers hold small rallies, where officials, representatives of the Russian authorities, and Russian 'guest performers' simulate support for the population of Kursk region on camera.
'Volunteers' are being packed into buses on camera and sent to supposedly help the affected residents of Kursk.
One of the local collaborators, the head of the regional organization 'Young Republic' Sergey Dobrovolsky, said that they plan to send at least a hundred young people from the occupied territories of Donetsk region to Russia. But so far, this plan has not been implemented.
It is known that Russian soldiers are preparing to defend the Kursk NPP due to the approaching Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to journalists, Russian law enforcement officers blocked the approach roads to the Kursk nuclear power plant after lunch on Friday.
It is also known that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin held an operational meeting with permanent members of the Security Council. The Russian Ministry of Defense no longer denies that the battles in the Kursk region have reached the city of Sudzha.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense has allocated additional multiple launch rocket systems, artillery, and heavy tracked vehicles to destroy Ukrainian forces in the Sudzhan district.
It is worth noting that analysts have reported that Russia has likely declared a counterterrorism operation (CTO) to mitigate the consequences of the Ukrainian invasion in the Kursk region. ISW notes that this decision aims to prevent internal panic and reduce negative reactions.
