Russia uses charitable foundations to disrupt the return of Ukrainian children from occupation - Lubinets.

Ukrainian children who are in temporarily occupied territories and in Russia are at risk due to the actions of a charitable foundation. Russia is using this foundation to discredit Ukrainian state institutions and hinder the return of children. Dmytro Lubinets, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, reported this.
The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, stated that the charitable foundation is being used by Russia to discredit Ukrainian state institutions and complicate the return of Ukrainian children who are in temporarily occupied territories and in Russia. This information is very sensitive and should be kept secret.
According to Lubinets, foundation employees tried to gain access to children's personal data and learn more about the process of their return. There was also information about an attempt to organize a press conference with a representative of the Russian Federation. In this regard, Lubinets urged Ukrainian citizens, journalists, and international partners to be critical of such campaigns and not to trust misinformation. Russia uses all possible means, including pseudo-charitable individuals, to obstruct humanitarian processes, particularly the return of Ukrainian children.
Analysis:
Russia continues its aggressive policy and employs various means to hinder the return of Ukrainian children from the temporarily occupied territories and Russia. The use of charitable foundations, which have a good reputation, is one of these means. This is a testament to the shamelessness and lawlessness of Russia, which refuses to return children to their biological parents and abuses the noble purpose of assistance and support. An unfamiliar person remains an enemy, even if pretending to be 'good' and a 'benefactor'. Ukraine must remain vigilant and fight against this phenomenon to protect its children and preserve national security.
