Forecasters predict that on July 21, there will be no precipitation only in the south and southeast of Ukraine. Instead, brief rains and thunderstorms are expected in the rest of the country. The western and southwestern wind will blow at a speed of 7–12 m/s. At night, the temperature will drop from +14 to +19 °C, and in the south and east, it will reach +22 °C. During the day, the air temperature will rise to +23...+28 °C. The hottest weather will be in Transcarpathia, the south, and the east: here it is expected to be +29...+34 °C.

On July 21, the temperature will be +24...+29 °C. In Chernihiv and Sumy regions, it will be only +20...+23 °C, while in the south, southeast, and Dnipropetrovsk region — +30...+33 °C. In the north, west, center, and Kharkiv region, rains with thunderstorms are expected. In Kyiv, a brief rain and a thunderstorm are also forecasted, with daytime temperatures of +24...+26 °C.

Tomorrow, Ukrainians should prepare for a sharp change in weather in different regions of the country. Meanwhile, residents of Transcarpathia, the south, and the east should get ready for a hot day when temperatures will be extremely high. However, residents of the north, west, center, and Kharkiv region should expect atmospheric precipitation and thunderstorms. In Kyiv, it is also advisable to take an umbrella — there will be a short rain and thunder.
