In southern Czech Republic, near the village of Svatomir, on Saturday, January 18, an accident occurred involving the overturning of one of the armored personnel carriers during a display of historical military equipment. As a result of this incident, two people died, and eight were injured. The information was provided by the spokesperson of the regional fire service.
“We assisted the paramedics and took measures to prevent a leak of oil products from the overturned vehicle,” reported the spokesperson of the regional fire service.
This private event was organized by the local military-historical association together with the mayor of the town of Horní Dvořiště, Zdeněk Kemen. The police have already launched an investigation to determine the causes of the accident.
