In Kovel, protesters gathered under the military enlistment office. The CCC claimed the involvement of Russian special services.

A rally was held in Kovel, Volyn region, under the local military enlistment office. Three men were detained at the enlistment office for checking military records. Social networks planned 'calls for rebellion', Russian special services used this. The video showed a crowd standing opposite law enforcement officers and throwing car tires. 'Real people' who resisted will be held accountable. It is believed that the conflict was supported by Russian special services. Examples of bot messages and misinformation were spread to 'scale the revolt'. The situation in the enlistment office was called 'provoked with the aim of discrediting the current government and counteracting mobilization measures.'
The enlistment office stated: 'Yesterday you devalued the true essence of the slogan 'Glory to the Heroes!' which you shouted, and applauded a draft dodger who did nothing for the victory of Ukraine, while the Hero of Ukraine, Oleksandr Matsievsky, knew the real price of these words, for which he was executed by the enemy.'
The appellate court changed the preventive measure for the former head of the Rivne regional CCC, Serhiy Lutsyuk, who is suspected of beating a subordinate. Detention with a bail of 454,200 UAH was implemented.
