The National Police announced how many of their employees are involved in combat operations.

Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine Oleksandr Fatsevych reported that there are currently about 70-75 thousand male police officers aged 25 to 60 working in our country who can be mobilized.
According to him, all certified police officers in Ukraine are engaged, and more than 15 thousand of them are already on the front line.
"In our National Police, we have about 70-75 thousand male police officers who fall under the age category (25-60 years) for mobilization, more than 15 thousand of whom are directly performing combat tasks. And all our certified police officers who wear epaulets are reserved. But they also perform combat tasks," noted Fatsevych.
Currently, new units have been formed in the National Police to repel Russian aggression, specifically the "Lyut" brigade and the consolidated "Khizhak" brigade, which carry out tasks in the Toretsk direction.
Also, in each Main Directorate of the National Police in the regions, rifle battalions have been created, some of which have already completed training and were sent to combat zones.
Currently, the police continue to perform their traditional functions, such as ensuring public order in the streets, monitoring curfew compliance, protecting critical infrastructure, demining, and evacuating citizens.
Recall that the police have already recorded more than 130 thousand Russian war crimes.
