Ukrainians were shown how much the state spends on printing mobilization notices.

The Government of Ukraine allocated almost 72 million hryvnias for the centralized printing of notices for conscripts. These funds will be used to print and send 900 thousand notices by the end of 2024.
According to "Ukrainian Pravda", the Cabinet of Ministers' order to allocate these funds was adopted on September 24 from the state budget reserve fund.
The specified funds will be transferred to the Ministry of Defense, and it is planned that about 300 thousand notices will be printed monthly. They will be sent to conscripts and reservists in postal dispatches.
The notices will be generated based on the data from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts, and Reservists. Conscripted citizens will be summoned to district (city) territorial recruitment and social support centers.
In July 2024, the government implemented a mechanism for the centralized printing and mailing of notices. The printing of notices will be carried out by the Ministry of Defense or printing enterprises of strategic importance to the state.
The Ministry of Defense is obliged to report on the use of funds by the end of 2024, providing a report to the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Treasury Service.
Previously, it became known that the new rules for delivering notices through "Ukrposhta" caused outrage among Ukrainians. Now the notices will be automatically generated with an electronic signature and sent through the postal operator.
