Ukrzaliznytsia has scheduled an additional train for Easter in western Ukraine.


Ukrzaliznytsia has established a regional train Chernivtsi - Lviv for peak dates of Easter travels.
According to Uz information, train No. 802/801 Chernivtsi - Lviv - Chernivtsi will run on dates of increased demand: April 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, and 28, 2025.

Train No. 802/801 Chernivtsi - Lviv: departure from Chernivtsi at 06:32, Sniatyn 07:19-07:29, Kolomia 08:04-08:07, Ivano-Frankivsk 08:54-08:58, Khodoriv 10:04-10:06, and arrival in Lviv at 11:19.
Train No. 802/801 Lviv - Chernivtsi: departure from Lviv at 17:20, Khodoriv 18:37-18:39, Ivano-Frankivsk 19:47-19:56, Kolomia 20:56-20:58, Sniatyn 21:31-21:33, and arrival in Chernivtsi at 22:07.
'A modern diesel train DPKr-3, designed for 170 seats, will run on the route - this will guarantee silence, smooth movement, and comfortable seats for a pleasant journey,' Uz stated.
Tickets can be purchased through the Ukrzaliznytsia app, on the website, and at train station ticket offices.
