Liverpool secured its place in the tournament's playoffs after defeating Real Madrid with a score of 2:0.
After five played rounds, Liverpool occupies the first place in the standings with 15 points, having achieved five consecutive victories. The team is guaranteed to play in the Round of 16 and cannot drop lower than the 24th position, where Real Madrid currently stands.
The top 8 teams automatically qualify for the Round of 8 in the Champions League, while teams ranked from 9th to 24th will compete in the playoffs. Donetsk Shakhtar is currently in 26th place.
