The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine updated the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of Saturday, September 28, 2024.
Russia's losses in the war as of September 28, 2024
As of September 28, Russia has lost in the war with Ukraine:
- personnel - about 650,640 (+1470) people,
- tanks - 8,860 (+14) units,
- combat armored vehicles - 17,438 (+42) units,
- artillery systems - 18,733 (+55) units,
- MLRS - 1,203 (+4) units,
- air defense systems - 961 (+0) units,
- aircraft - 369 (+0) units,
- helicopters - 328 (+0) units,
- operational-tactical level UAVs - 16,093 (+62),
- cruise missiles - 2,610 (+2),
- ships / boats - 28 (+0) units,
- submarines - 1 (+0) unit,
- vehicles and fuel tankers - 25,411 (+0) units,
- special equipment - 3,291 (+99).
Activity of the occupier fleet as of September 28
- In the Black Sea, there are three enemy ships, two of which are carriers of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to eight missiles;
- there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov;
- in the Mediterranean Sea, there is one enemy ship, which is a carrier of "Kalibr" cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles
During the day, the Kerch Strait was passed by:
- to the Black Sea - seven ships, six of which continued to move towards the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - seven ships, two of which moved from the Bosphorus Strait.
Today marks the 948th day of the full-scale war in Ukraine.
