The President of Ukraine also announced a new format of cooperation between the military chiefs of Ukraine, Britain, and France. He stressed the importance of this cooperation and noted that it is yielding results. Zelensky acknowledged Turkey's role in security guarantees for Ukraine, particularly in the Black Sea. He said that Turkey is an important player in security guarantees and can play a significant role.

The President also commented on the possibility of increasing sanctions pressure on Russia. He expressed the opinion that Russia should face sanctions for its actions. Zelensky also noted that America is close to enhancing sanctions pressure. Ukraine is working on an agreement regarding mineral resources with the United States.
