The National Bank has decided to lift the restriction on money transfers 'from card to card' amounting to 150 thousand hryvnias per month. The decision aims to prevent illegal activities using payment infrastructure.
Russian propagandist Kirill Molchanov, who worked for Viktor Medvedchuk, has been transferred from Poland to Ukrainian law enforcement agencies. This is the first case of Russia handing over an agent who operated in the information sphere.
